A digital footprint is a trail of data you create while using the Internet. It includes the websites you visit, emails you send, and information you submit to online services or social medias.  A digital footprint creates an online reputation, a reputation that others may access to see whether or not are you trustworthy, reliable, like able, etc. We need to be very careful with our online reputation, as it is just as important as our offline one. we say it is more important because the internet doesn't forget things that happened like people in real life do. People forget or can change their minds about other people, but in the online comment,image or text is there forever. This everlasting image or text creates a sort of static image of ourselves, and anyone can have an access to see the things that are posted online anytime anywhere in the world.
